Now Hiring: Alpine Slide and Kiosk Attendants
Calling all high school student! The Alpine Slide is looking for part and full time attendants! If you’re looking for a fun, outdoor summer job with a flexible schedule, this is the perfect summer job for you. The slide is scheduled to open July 1st, with a training period prior to start date. Employees are expected to be available from 9:30am-6:30pm on scheduled work days, with full time 4 days a week and part time 2-3 days per week. Half day shifts are available for part time applicants. Attendant responsibilities include checking tickets, instructing guests on how to ride, managing lines, ensuring slide safety, and loading sleds and patrons onto the chairlift at Howelsen Hill. Applicants must be able to lift 50lbs and have good customer relation skills. To apply, please email Cody Mertens. Now Hiring: Alpine Slide Manager
The Alpine Slide is hiring a manager for the 2019 summer season! This position is full time, Thursday- Sunday starting in July from 9:30am to 6:30pm, with a two week training period prior to start date. The manager is responsible for overseeing and ensuring safe and efficient general operations at the Alpine Slide and managing a staff of 9 employees on a given day, operating start-up and shut-down of the slide, checking track safety, managing customer relations, overseeing the Alpine Slide Track Crew, and making daily operation decisions such as weather holds, music, and building of a fun family atmosphere. Applicants should have basic first-aid/CPR as a minimum, and have experience managing a crew of employees and following through daily operation checklists.
