Individuals under 18 years of age must have a Liability Release Form signed by a parent or legal guardian in order to ride the Howler Alpine Slide.

All others, 18 years of age and older, must sign a Liability Release Form.

Children under the age of 2 are not permitted on the slide.
You may download the Liability Release Waiver, print, sign and bring with you to save time.
